A Whole New Building System

Welcome back to another Dev Blog and to the new site!(Again). We decided to switch to a free wordpress sight for two main reasons, one being money, and the other being that we got tired of keeping up with our old site by hand, so we decided to just switch to a CMS like wordpress to simplifiy things.

This month has been a little laid back as we have been enjoying the sun and remainder of our summer, however, we have made great progress on our new building system! This ended up taking a bit longer then we would have liked, however we are happy with the progress that has been made on it.

Additionally this month, we have began looking into different art styles and are exploring the end results for how we want our game to look. In other words, while our Dev Blogs have had images displayed on different things we are implementing into the game, those images are by no means what we want our final product to look like, so expect to see some visual changes down the road.

As always, theres the fair share of bug fixes and tweaks to previous systems, but nothing substantial enough worth noting. School starts back up in September so development will be slowed, but rest assured we will still be working on the Exiled Project.
